He provides balanced workouts designed for optimum levels of flexibility, endurance, strength, power, neuromuscular control, and alterations in body composition. With a background in D1 rugby, MMA, and competitive powerlifting, he understands the importance in balancing the body to optimize athletic performance. Alongside his enthusiasm in barbell strength training, Dalton has an extensive knowledge of sports nutrition, competitive weight-cutting, and is a certified weight loss psychologist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
