Join our resident physical therapist as he will educate and explore your proper body mechanics in order to prevent injuries and/or promote effective healing from your current aches and pains. This interactive small group class will address common problem areas, when is it appropriate to work through an injury, and common faults of movement. Practice time will be given to stretches and mobilizations. You will be using your body during this class! Our resident therapist has worked with athletes of all ages and all levels...
