Group Classes: Boot Camps and Conditioning



Our small group classes offer a little something for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether you’re looking for the intense hell of a boot camp or yoga’s softer gentler approach to strength building, you’ll find our instructors to be supportive and focused on your success. Looking for something special? We can also develop programs that cater to your group’s specific needs; as we’ve done for the Wasabi dragon boat racing team, the Heartless Heathers roller derby team and Parkisons support groups.


We encourage reservations, however drop-ins are welcome and based off of availability. Here are our current boot camp and conditioning classes:


BodyFusion with Keph
Our instructor introduces and teaches this unique style of fitness.  We integrate dance, Pilates, and yoga concepts to build core-strength, toning, weight-loss, postural correction, and flexibility for a full circle of health benefits.  If you are looking for something new to burn calories and tone up this class is for YOU!
Price: $15 drop-in or $12 package

neXt level Boot Camp (4 weeks, intensive) 
Drop-ins/Punch card available
Let's DO THIS! There is no better way to reach your fitness goals fast than with neXt level Boot Camp! Guaranteed to boost your confidence, metabolism, and overall fitness level with a 3 day a week 4 week progressive approach program. Integrating butt kicking cardio, crucial burning strength training, hard body core techniques all balanced with individual attention in a non-competitive environment! Make the commitment to empower yourself through exercise!!!
*we require 5 pre-registrations to run class

Series #1: Starts September 6th
Monday, Wednesday, Friday @  7am
Price: $150 Back To School Special! This series is generally $175!  (3 days a week, 12 sessions total)

Series #2: Starts August 31st
Tuesday and Thursday @ 6am
Price: $120 (2 days a week, 8 sessions total)



Boot Camp for Beginners/series/  with Janan
You know you have wanted to try a boot camp class, but may have felt a little intimidated.  This class is for the novice to exercise or for those who have been out of the game too long. Join us for an hour of fat blasting, heart pumping, strength building, body sculpting fun. Start your day with a great workout and the motivation you need to jump start your fitness goals.  
Price: $18 drop-in or $15 package

B.A.M.F BOOT CAMP/series/
with Janan
An intense, calorie burning workout inspired by Rose City Rollers Derby champions, The Heartless Heathers, who participate.  Bad Asses are encouraged and appreciated.

BoyJoy Boot Camp with Seth
StudioX teams up with personal trainer and DJ Seth Gottesdiener to bring you BOYJOY BOOTCAMP. Get ready for bumpin' beats and a kicken workout focused on cardio, plyometrics, corework and strength training. BoyJoy Bootcamp is an dynamic and fast paced group style class that is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Boxing for Combat with Deshawn
Join us for an addictive, high intensity, skill-oriented workout! Our professionally trained boxing instructor will lead you through various drills and punching combinations appropriate for beginners and trained athletes alike! Add in defense work, foot work, strength and conditioning and you will train like Olympic and pro athletes without actually fighting, unless you want to…

UniSexy
with Leslie
Work up a sweat and develop overall muscular strength and tone.This whole body strength & conditioning class, combining weights, bars, dumb bells and floor work to challenge the upper and lower body, while targeting core muscles. Transform your physique and get super sexy with the kind of attention you would not receive at a big box gym! Made for boys and girls alike.

Open Gym
This time is reserved for current clients who are working with a personal trainer and work out independently. Please contact us to reserve space.
