Jen Bergman is a certified personal trainer though the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a professional athlete and is currently training for the 2016 Olympic Trials in the marathon and track 10k. Her love of distance running is what led her to pursue a career in the fitness industry.  Her training includes exercises to strengthen and condition the musculoskeletal system to improve muscle tone and endurance.  Jen will push your body further than you thought possible because she knows the satisfying results that will come after.
