Small, fast, and mighty. Molly is 1) a lover for fitness, and 2) a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Having a significant background in classical ballet, she has found that building a strong foundation is important for all walks of life. Molly is excited to share her passion for movement and motivated in helping others perform at their highest potential; working together in achieving each individual fitness goal.
