Interested in running a 5K? Whether it is your first time running a race or you are a novice runner, you should register for our 5K training group fitness class. It is an 8 week session led by Personal Trainer and Running Coach, Kim Stout. As an experienced and successful marathoner and educated form runner specialist, she will prepare you for Run Like Hell's 5 Race.
The class will meet at Studio X. We will then warm up with a jog to Laurelhurst Park, followed by specific and dynamic running stretches. The class will include some running drills and instruction on proper running form. You will get a workout that involves both running and strength training. We will use hills, stairs, speed drills, endurance and interval runs throughout the session.
