The running workshop is an 8 week session open to new runners and experienced runners alike. There are 2 cohort options: Wednesday at 6pm with Personal Trainer and Running Coach Kim Stout and Saturday 8:30am with Personal Trainer and Running Coach Jen Bergman.  As experienced and successful running specialists, they will prepare you for the optional end goal,the Starlight Run on 6/4/16.

THE DETAILS:
The class will meet at Studio X.  We will then warm up with a jog to Laurelhurst Park, followed by specific and dynamic running stretches.  The class will include some running drills and instruction on proper running form.  You will get a workout that involves both running and strength training.  We will use hills, stairs, speed drills, endurance and interval runs throughout the session.
