This workshop will introduce the three main lifts of powerlifting: the
back squat, deadlift and bench press.
We will cover the fundamentals of each lift including: set up,
technique and modifications. In addition to the fundamentals of each
lift we will cover mobility exercises that can be used to maximize
performance under the bar and accessory exercises that promote success
in each lift.
