Hello my name is Bryan. I started doing yoga around eight years ago. When I first started practicing I just saw it as a way to improve my mix martial arts. As years went on I found so many more benefits, mentally and physically. Teaching Yoga has become a big passion of mine. I love to infuse styles of mixed martial arts, Tai Chi, and Pilates into my classes. Whether you've done yoga for over a decade or the idea of yoga seems ludicrous to you, my classes welcomes all levels of practice. Hope to see you soon
