Jenna believes the way you move defines the way you live. She uses her knowledge of corrective exercise to help you move efficiently so that you can build muscle, lose weight and prevent future injuries. Jenna always has a positive attitude and strives to make anyone feel welcome in a gym setting. She uses weight training, cardio intervals and flexibility work to help clients change their body composition.
Before pursuing fitness as a career, Jenna previously worked in marketing, and also spent two years working and traveling through Australia. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jenna loves hiking and trying new food, so if you see her around the gym, be sure to let her know your favorite Portland spots to grab a bite.
