Sean is a NASM certified personal trainer who has an intense enthusiasm for coaching. Whatever goals you may have, be they weight loss, building lean muscle, increasing flexibility & mobility or overall fitness, Sean will help you get there. By keeping it simple & utilizing traditional barbell exercises in conjunction with bodyweight, kettle bell & HIIT workouts, you will  gain the benefits of a strong body & mind. With a passion for running & a student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sean lives out what he teaches.
