Ready to get more advanced with barbell technique? TECHNIQUE offers progressive workouts in a small group setting of no more than 8 people in our private training studio. This class will follow a 4-6 week technical progression of Olympic-style lifts such as the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk. This class will also cover strength progressions for Power Lifting movements such as the Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat, and Press. This class requires some familiarity with barbell training.
