Veronica started fitness after college with misery being the catalyst. She spent many hours in her father’s garage grappling over life post-college, where her studies only led her further into a hazy, directionless landscape. Every morning, Veronica would roll out an old carpet scrap and use her laptop to access workout videos. It wasn’t fun and she never “felt” like doing it, but she was led by the hope that power isn’t granted, but taken through self-development and versatility. She found that among other things, discipline, loyalty, and confidence can be accessed through a complete unity of what is empirical and what is physical - mind and body. She believes that fitness can unlock what you want in life because your workout routine proves day-in and day-out that you can give yourself a task and follow through (even when you don’t feel like it). Veronica shares this philosophy of holistic and balanced training with a focus on simple movement patterns. She practices bodybuilding, powerlifting, and high-intensity interval training with the belief that challenging all aspects of one’s fitness yields the greatest introspective results.
