Ally’s love of food led to a master’s degree in nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. There, she learned just how much the food we eat impacts our lives. Ally loves to pair her nutritional knowledge with her passion for wellness to help people feel their best. She also teaches cooking classes and owns her own catering and personal chef business where she gets to share nutritious food with others.
Along with cooking and baking, some of Ally’s favorite activities include running through the trails of Portland, hiking around Oregon’s mountains, racing triathlons and marathons, and traveling.
