After dancing competitively for 20 years, Tracey struggled to find ways to move her body that felt good (and frankly, were also fun!). She went through teacher training at Portland-based fitness studio, barre3, in 2012 and taught there for five years. Constantly striving for new ways to help students connect with and better understand their bodies, Tracey became a 200 hour RYT in fall of 2017. She believes in challenging her students in their physical bodies on the mat, to help empower them to tackle life's obstacles off the mat. Her teaching philosophy revolves around the mantra 'you are your own best teacher'.
