Hi, I'm Jenna and I want to help you become fit and feel empowered! I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and healthy lifestyle advocate. I strive to help you gain confidence in both the gym and everyday life, increase your physical and mental capacity, and feel ready to take on any challenge.
I personally fell in love with fitness about six years ago. I wasn't living the healthiest lifestyle and struggled with anxiety. Since my love affair with fitness began, I have changed my body composition by over 25lb, gained confidence and quit smoking. It doesn't matter what stage of life you are in - fitness can help you in a myriad of ways and I will help you feel comfortable in a gym setting!
I use a combination of weightlifting and energetic HIIT cardio as a fun and effective way to get into tip-top shape. I specialize in Corrective Exercise, so I also personalize flexibility and mobility work for you so that you can move better and avoid injury. Come ready to have fun and get in shape in a highly-motivating environment!
When not in the gym, I love to explore outdoors, cook and try new foods and read up on the latest in fitness, nutrition and self-improvement. Before pursuing fitness as a career, Jenna previously worked in marketing, and also spent two years working and traveling through Australia.
