Josh excels as a motivator and strength programmer. He is committed to the barbell / lifter system as the most effective and efficient method to build relevant strength and to manipulate body composition. He utilizes high-intensity interval training comprised of body weight movement and minimal equipment in order to communicate to his clients that fitness and health is achieved where your body happens to be.
In addition to being a trainer and strength coach, Josh is also a multi-disciplinary artist. He stretches a canvas and makes a large scale painting every 5-10 years. He attended the University of Southern California, where he studied fine arts and cinema and has written and directed a number of screenplays and short films. He plays both the drums and guitar, composing and producing his solo albums in a home studio since 2003.
