Jay has the mindset that fitness and the goal of living a healthy lifestyle should be capable of being achieved by anyone and everyone. Whether you are new to strength training, looking to get stronger or transform your physique, or already actively compete as an athlete, there is an ideal plan and training style that suits your specific goals. Together, we will implement a plan that will help you find success. Jay believes that strength training is not only an excellent tool to build your physical fitness, but also a powerful way to build mental strength and grow from challenging yourself as well. He also believes that fitness should be fun and rewarding, not boring and ineffective.

Outside of the fitness realm Jay enjoys learning and researching in the classroom and has a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
