Brian Rocke

Brian is a NASM-certified trainer who has been reborn thanks to discovering fitness and bodybuilding. Whereas he was previously a person content with being average, unhealthy, and not dreaming big, his commitment to health and fitness has elevated both his mental and physical states to unprecedented levels. And this is why he is here today, to help our clients develop the confidence and discipline needed to unlock their best selves. 

When not in the gym, Brian enjoys researching new workout techniques, analyzing exercise mechanics, and expanding his knowledge of all things related to vegan nutrition. As a vegan, Brian has lived both sides of the coin; eating overly processed vegan junk food and now a largely whole food plant based diet. In pursuit of being the best possible advocate for a vegan lifestyle, Brian is a go to figure for any and all questions related to vegan health and fitness.
