Rachel Ramberg

From dance to snowboarding, and years of heavily competing in synchronized swimming, Rachel has always chased new ways to move, groove, balance, and test her limits. Yoga still serves that purpose today to challenge her body, ground her mind, and honor her spirit. Rachel believes in the power of community, working hard, and breaking a sweat. Combing strength training and yoga is a fun, effective way to transform into stronger versions of ourselves. She is new to the Portland area, hailing from Chicago and growing up in Colorado. Outside of the gym and studio, Rachel enjoys hiking the outdoors, swimming in the rivers, reading too many books, and hitting the slopes.
