Reid Van Atta


If you poke your head in on any given Saturday, you’ll probably find Reid hanging up punching bags, cheering on anyone in sight, and pretending to curl things that no one should be curling. With a deep love for fitness, boxing, and Beyonce, he believes in technique, power, and good old-fashioned sweat.

In 2013, he started boxing and quickly discovered a passion for helping others be best at what they do. Once he steps out of the ring and behind the stopwatch, Reid has developed a professional thirst for exercise science and loves researching the best possible solution to any goal in the gym and at home. Specializing in boxing, conditioning, and explosive strength, he also trains personally in Olympic weightlifting and makes sure to spend as much time around dogs as he can.
